21 Day Challenge
We’re so glad you’ve decided to check out the 21 Day Challenge!
No book in the history of the world is like the Bible. Many people have many opinions about the Bible, but, despite its undeniable influence in our world, few have actually read it. Don’t you think that’s strange?
Lebanon Valley College is an educational institution that prepares future workers and world leaders. Regardless of whether you claim to be a Christian, atheist, Muslim, apathetic, or some combination, Bible reading is important. Not in a spiritual kind of way, but in a foundational let’s-be-a-well-educated-human kind of way. It’s popular to say: You can’t complain about the government if you didn't vote. But isn’t that also true about the Bible? You can’t make judgments about the Bible if you've never read it, right? We want to to challenge you to actually read the Bible...before forming an opinion about it. It is up to you. Will you take the challenge?
In the 21 Day Challenge you and other students across your campus will read 1 chapter of the Gospel of John for the next 21 days. Each chapter should only take you about 5-10 minutes to read, and after 21 days you will have completed the book!
As you make your way through the Gospel of John, we would love to talk with you about what you’re reading. We have discussion groups happening on campus, please consider checking one out!
